ReplyDeleteI saw your video about the shake, and now if you're lactose intolerant, have you by and chance tried milks that aren't cows milk? There's for example the following: Soy milk (light soymilk has a milder taste), rice milk, oat milk, almond milk, quinoa milk, coconut milk :) They're great substitutes for cows milk, if you don't particularly like drinking that all the time, and you don't need to worry about any lactose. Most of these other milks are well fortified with nutrients, making it nutritionally equivalent to cowsmilk. Just thought i'd let you know just in case you haven't come across it yet :)
I also saw your other video where you talk about oreos, and I have to agree that they're definitely an 'appetite stimulant', lol.
Thanks so much, the only one I have tried is soy milk and didn't like it too much....but I will probably give the others a try too :)
