Better then me telling anyone what to eat. I think it is best to just eat what you like. Just eat a good amount of what you like. Eat big meals, and drink nutritional supplements. Water is great for the skin, hair, and nails. Drinks sodas and juices, whatever is best for you. And take a multivitamin. If you like snacks, cookies, chips, icecream, and milk, eat that too. I am not a big snack person and I am lactose intolerant so I do not eat much of that stuff. I hate giving unhealthy tips, I just give tips on what worked for me. Contrary to popular belief I am quite healthy. Most people who gain weight as fast as I did would be at high risk for hypertension and high cholesterol but I have been to the doctor for check ups plenty of times since then and my doctor always says I am perfectly healthy. I am not even on the verge of having any of those diseases, no where close. I don't know whether I am just lucky, blessed, or maybe just not eating that unhealthy after all. I can't say that everyone who tries my tips will have the same results health wise but I know that I am doing great. My parents even have an at home blood pressure and heart rate machine and even that says that my numbers are perfect :)
