MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural (DEEP DARK) vs. MAC Studio Fix Powder Plus Foundation (NW 45)

BLKBEAUTY4LIFE

I love MAC, I am addicted.  The newest thing to my collection is Mineralize Skinfinish Natural (deep dark).  I have been wanting to know, what is the difference between the Natural MSF's and the Studio Fix Powder Plus?
The only answer I have been getting is MSF's are more natural looking and do not look cakey, but I wanted to know more so I bought it.  I have never been color matched, nor have I ever been to a MAC counter....I always order my stuff online b/c I hate how pushy and annoying cosmetic associates can be.  I choose color matches based upon youtube guru MakeupD0ll because me and her are practically the same shade.  So I bought both my MSF (deep dark) and Fix Powder Plus (NW45) in the shades that she uses.  And they both happen to be perfect matches for me :)  So lets get started!

MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Natural (Deep Dark) $27.00
It is NOT a foundation!!!!!
I am inlove!!!!  This is the most natural and light weight makeup product that I have ever bought.  There is the lightest amount of shimmer, pretty much non-noticeable, other then the glow it will give you.  It comes off matte on my skin yet still gives off a glow, is that not amazing?  If you have little to no blemishes, flaws, discoloration, or hyperpigmentation this is all you need and can be used as an all over face powder just to accentuate your flawlessness.  It provides light to no coverage, I look at it more as a finishing powder or a perfect all over face powder for those with no flaws.  If you have skin discoloration and you think you can buy this, just put it on, and look perfect to go out.....YOU ARE WRONG!  I look forward to the day I get rid of my skin discoloration and can just wear this alone....but right now I am far from that point :(  For those with just a few spots of skin discoloration you can put on a light layer of concealer then put this on and be good.  Now if you are like me and have acne and acne scaring that won't work either.  I would only use this for days that I don't mind showing my skin discolorations and blemishes, or I would use this ontop of liquid foundation (although I do not use liquid foundation), lastly I would use this ontop of my Studio Fix Plus for the perfect natural finish. This is a perfect finishing powder.

How is it different from MAC Fix Powder Plus
-Light weight
-Light coverage
-Matte yet has a slight shimmer
-Way more natural looking
-Covers no flaws
-Does not come with an applicator sponge or mirror -- slightly different packaging
-More of a finishing powder rather then a foundation
IT IS THE ANTITHESIS TO MAC FIX POWDER PLUS

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FOR EVERYONE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN LIGHT WEIGHT NATURAL MAKEUP!!!!!
