I Want To Gain Weight -- Update to Mission I Want my Body Back
As if you didn't already know...right? Gaining weight is no longer something that I see as impossible, as I used to see it before. Do not get me wrong, I still love myself and appreciate the weight that I have gained, but I want to go back to where I have been before. I went from 120 to 142-146ish and now I am back to around 135.....I just want to gain a couple more pounds back. I think 140-142 is a good range for me and that is about where I think I look best and not bloated. This is my goal and I will keep you posted!!!! This is what I am going to do, I am going to get serious about it today!!! :)
My Mission -- How I Gain Weight
- Eat multivitamin everyday (essential part of me gaining weight)
- Eat 1-2 whole patatoes mashed or baked topped with either canned gravy or sour cream, butter, cheese, and chives (this was super helpful in the past)
- Try to eat at least 2 large meals a day
- Eat snacks between meals and try to always eat breakfast
- Eat 2-4 Liquid nutritional supplements (essential part of me gaining weight)
- Do my booty excersizes
Where I have been at 118-123ish lbs
Where I have been at around 140-146ish lbs -- WHERE I WANT TO BE AGAIN
Where I am right now at around 135ish lbs

ReplyDeletehave you tried periactin pills? They actually work immediately, you see results in the same week you start taking them.... i have been on them in 2009 and went from 118lbs to 146lbs in 2-3 weeks. I am 5ft 9in so I was always too skinny and I love curves. They make you super hungry but also super sleepy but the sleepiness only lasts for the first week of taking them. I find that they made me grow a tummy although it could've been the extra weight that settled on my tummy but i hate to have a tummy so i tried losing the tummy and ended up losing all my lovely curves :(
Thanks for your gaining tips, I will be using them now to gain more quickly...before when i gained on the periactin I was just eating more of everything i was accustom eating...anyway I'll use your way cuz it sounds like less eating and and faster gaining.

ReplyDeleteHi Keke, I love watching your vids on youtube, I have a hard time gaining wait, mostly because only now I am learning to stick to eating habits and keep them. Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you, and by the way, in my opinion you look definitely theee best at 135 pounds, judging from the pictures and videos you posted. :) Maybe 137 would be perfection.
