So if you follow me on youtube you already know the complete history of my weight, I wont bother to go into that. Ill just pick up with where I am at right now. Lately I have not been drinking my weight gain/ weight maintenance drinks as religiously as I used to. I also havent been eating the way I was eating before. I am lucky if I drink one nutritional supplement a day. I am also lucky if I fit more then one meal in a day. Its kinda sad, I dont know what is going on with me. I have as a result lost a couple of pounds. I went from a range of 138-140 and now I am 133-135. Usually about at this time I start getting serious about picking the pounds back up again before my weight withers away. I also would usually notice that my clothes are not fitting the same. My boobs, hips, butt, and tummy would usually start changing about now. But there has literally been no changes. My jeans are still suffocatingly tight. Everything still fits exactly the same which is kinda weird. If I wasnt the type of person to weigh myself on a daily basis I would not have even noticed I lost any weight.
Since my clothes and undergarments still fit exactly the same way. I wont bother to try to gain my weight back. I wont worry too much. I really dont feel like I have the time or energy to worry anyways. I am still pretty happy with where my body is at, at the moment. So I will continue to eat my one meal a day, drink my 74 oz of water, and my one nutritional supplement a day.
